Operation

Installing/Removing Battery Pack: Insert the battery pack until the latches snap into place. To remove, depress the latches on both sides.

Installing Sandpaper: Remove the battery. Use the front and rear paper clamps to secure the sandpaper tightly against the cushion. A paper punch template is provided to align holes with the sanding pad.

Dust Collection: Align the dust bag grooves with the exhaust notches and turn clockwise to lock. To remove, turn counterclockwise. For vacuum connection, the exhaust port fits 1-1/4 in. or 1-7/8 in. hoses.

Variable Speed: Use the dial to adjust speed from 1 (lowest) to 6 (highest).

Maintenance

Empty the dust bag frequently (every 10-15 minutes) to prevent fire hazards, especially when sanding surface coatings like polyurethane or linseed oil. Never store the sander without emptying the bag. Use only identical replacement parts for service.

Safety

Always wear eye protection with side shields. Use a dust mask in dusty conditions. Do not use the tool if the switch is faulty. Keep the tool away from fire or excessive heat. Do not charge or store the battery in temperatures below 50°F or above 100°F.
