The Roline 18U Wall Cabinet Basic Plus is designed for flexible network cabling. It is delivered fully assembled and features a robust steel construction with a tempered glass front door. The cabinet is suitable for wall mounting, with an optional configuration for free-standing use using levelling feet or castors.
Installation
Wall mounting is performed in two primary steps:
- Secure the rear panel to the wall.
- Connect the main housing to the mounted rear panel.
The cabinet includes mounting material. Ensure the wall structure can support the cabinet's weight and the equipment load.

Common problems
Insufficient ventilation for high-heat equipment
The cabinet is designed for passive ventilation. If equipment generates significant heat, install an optional fan module in the roof cut-out.
Equipment does not fit depth-wise
Ensure your equipment depth is between 320 mm and 450 mm. The internal profile rails are adjustable in depth to accommodate different device sizes.
Before use
- Verify the wall surface is suitable for supporting the 80 kg maximum load capacity.
- Ensure the installation area allows for the removal of side panels for future maintenance.
- Check that the required mounting hardware is present in the package.
