Quick guide from the manual
This document provides installation and safety instructions for the RZB LIGHTING 14-POL LED module. Ensure all electrical connections comply with national and international safety regulations. The luminaire must not be operated if damaged. Modifications to the product or its packaging are strictly prohibited as they may affect technical properties and void safety compliance.
Safety and Operation
- Ambient Temperature: Operate only within -25 °C to +40 °C. Exceeding this range reduces the luminaire's lifespan.
- ESD Prevention: Do not route feed-through wiring directly along the luminaire's internal wiring.
- Dimmable Luminaires: Connect control inputs using standard cables suitable for the power supply voltage.
- Maintenance: Only use genuine parts for repairs. Cracked protective shields must be replaced immediately according to DIN EN 60598.
- Light Source: The light source must only be replaced by the manufacturer, a service agent, or a similarly qualified person.
Installation and Wiring
The module supports various mounting configurations, including pendant and ceiling mounting, with options for feed-in from the middle, top, or side. Ensure the ceiling and fastening elements have sufficient load-bearing capacity. Follow the specific diagrams for L-connector and X/T-connector setups. The factory setting is L1; ensure correct phase assignment (L1, L2, L3) during installation.
