Operating Instructions

The wallbox features a button for various operations:

  • Press 1x: Adjust current (6A/8A/10A/13A/16A).
  • Press 2x: Enter Wi-Fi configuration mode (in standby).
  • Press & Hold (Standby): Set delay time (0.5h-8h).
  • Press & Hold (Charging): Pause charging; press again to resume.
  • RFID Card: Swipe for 10s to enable/disable RFID function.

If the charger remains inactive for over 5 minutes, it enters sleep mode. Reactivate by clicking the button, swiping the RFID card, or plugging in the Type 2 connector.

Installation

1. Locate the pre-installed wall mounting backplate on the rear of the unit. 2. Press the elastic limiting clips to the left to separate the backplate. 3. Fix the backplate to the wall using expansion screws. 4. Align the snap bits on the box with the backplate and slide down until you hear a click.

Wi-Fi Setup

1. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz network with Bluetooth enabled. 2. Download the Tuya Smart app. 3. Follow the in-app instructions to add the device, enter Wi-Fi credentials, and complete the connection.

Safety and Maintenance

Do not open the enclosure or attempt repairs yourself. The wallbox is IP54 rated and the Type 2 connector is IP55 when coupled, making it safe for use in rain, though heavy rain should be avoided. Ensure all connected sockets are at least IPX4 rated.
