Cleaning & Maintenance

Lint Filter
Clean the door lint filter after every use. Remove the filter, wipe off accumulated lint, or rinse with water and dry thoroughly before re-installing.
Base Filter
Clean the base filter after every fifth drying program. Open the base filter cover, unlock the three locking levers, remove the filter, and clean it. Clean the rubber sealing as well.
Heat Exchanger
Clean the heat exchanger approximately once every two months using a vacuum cleaner with a dusting brush. Do not touch the heat exchanger with your hands to avoid injury.
Water Container
Empty the water container after each use. If the container fills during operation, the program will pause and the empty water container icon will flash.
Troubleshooting
If the dryer displays an error code (e.g., E32, E33, E64, E82), contact customer service. For common issues like the dryer not starting, check the start button, door closure, and program settings. If water is running out, ensure the dryer is aligned horizontally.
