The Taurus BAPI 1200 PURE and BAPI 1200 PURE PLUS are high-performance hand blenders. Important usage limit: Do not operate the appliance for more than 1 minute at a time. If you need more processing time, allow the appliance to rest for at least 1 minute between cycles. Do not perform cycles of more than 5 minutes total.

Usage
Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Fully extend the power cord before plugging it in. Connect to the mains, turn on using the ON/OFF button (B), select the desired speed, and process your food. Use the speed regulator (A) to adjust the speed to the task. Press the Turbo button (C) for maximum motor power.
Accessories
Stick Blender
Used for sauces, soups, mayonnaise, milkshakes, and baby food. Attach the stick to the motor body and turn clockwise to lock.
Chopper
Used for chopping vegetables and meat. Remove bones, nerves, and cartilage from meat before processing. Attach the lid to the chopping cup and turn counter-clockwise until it clicks. Do not use the Turbo function with this accessory.
Whisk
Used for whipping cream or egg whites. Attach to the motor body and turn clockwise. For best results, move the whisk clockwise. Do not use at high speeds to avoid damaging the whisk wires.
Cleaning
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean with a damp cloth and a few drops of detergent. Do not use solvents, abrasive products, or bleach. Never submerge the motor body in water. The following parts are dishwasher safe (use a soft program): Stick blender, Whisk (without adapter), Measuring cup, and Chopper (without lid).
Safety Thermal Protector
The appliance has a thermal safety device to prevent overheating. If it turns off automatically, unplug it and wait approximately 15 minutes before reconnecting. If it does not start, contact authorized technical assistance.

Appliance stops working during use
