This manual provides instructions for the Taurus GRECO 16 series fans. Before using the appliance, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Always disconnect the fan from the mains before performing any installation, assembly, or cleaning tasks. The appliance is intended for household use only and should be placed on a flat, stable surface.

Installation
Assembling the base (Desk Fan): Place the appliance face down, fit the base on the main body, and fix it using the provided screws (M). Stand the appliance up to check stability.

Assembling the base feet (Cross base stand fan): Position the base feet (V) on the body of the appliance and fix them using the screws (Fig. 1).
Assembling the base (Round base stand fan): Place the appliance face down, position the base (U) on the body, and fix it using the screws (Fig. 2).
Assembling the grill and propeller: Fit the rear grill (G) onto the motor housing (I) and tighten the grill nut (F). Place the propeller (E) on the motor shaft (H) and tighten the propeller nut (D). Fit the front grill (C) to the rear grill (G), secure with the perimeter band (A), and tighten the security screw (B) with a screwdriver.
Instructions for use
Operation: Unroll the power cable completely, connect to the mains, and select the desired speed using the buttons (K).
Oscillation function: Press the oscillation knob (J) to activate automatic oscillation (approx. 75 degrees). To deactivate, press the button again.
Height adjustment: Loosen the knob (Q), adjust the appliance to the desired height, and tighten the knob (Q) again.
Cleaning and maintenance
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid. Do not use solvents, abrasive products, or products with an acid or base pH (like bleach). Never submerge the appliance in water or place it under running water.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance is damaged or other problems arise, take it to an authorized technical support service. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself, as this may be dangerous.

Common problems
Ensure the appliance is plugged in and the speed selector is not in the 0 position.
Check that the grill and propeller are correctly assembled and that all screws are tightened.
Ensure the oscillation knob (J) is fully pressed.

- Remove all packaging material from inside the appliance.
- Ensure the fan is switched off from the mains.
- Check that the voltage on the rating label matches the mains voltage.
- Connect to a socket that supports at least 10 amperes.
- Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
- Fully unroll the power cable.

Model compatibility
