This guide provides essential information for the safe installation and use of the Taurus 100cm Punching Bag. Before beginning, ensure you have a suitable ceiling structure for mounting. Always wear boxing gloves during training to protect your hands and remove jewelry such as rings to prevent injury and damage to the equipment.

Safety Instructions

Personal Safety:

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you are over 45, have high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, are overweight, or have not exercised in the past year.
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience weakness, nausea, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath.
• The equipment is for use by one person at a time.
• Keep hands, feet, hair, and clothing clear of moving parts.
• Children under 14 must not use the equipment.

Set-Up Place:

• Do not place the equipment in corridors or escape routes.
• Ensure there is sufficient space around the product for safe movement.
• Use only indoors in dry, tempered rooms (10°C to 35°C).
• Avoid areas with high humidity (over 70%) or direct sunlight/high heat to prevent cover wear.

Assembly

The punching bag comes with a fourfold chain and suspension. Please note the following regarding installation:

• The supplied assembly material for ceiling mounting is not suitable for every ceiling. You must assess your ceiling's condition and provide appropriate mounting hardware if the included material is insufficient.
• Ensure there are no electrical cables or wires in the ceiling at the mounting location.
• The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage to the ceiling.

Care, Maintenance and Storage

• Clean the device using a dry, soft cloth.
• Store the device in the supplied carton in a dry environment when not in use.
• Ensure the storage location prevents improper use by children or third parties.
