General Care and Cleaning

Proper maintenance is crucial for hygiene and product longevity:

• Before first use: Disassemble the product and wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely before re-assembly.
• Regular cleaning: Wash promptly after each use. Failure to clean and dry thoroughly may cause bacteria or microbe growth.
• Dishwasher use: This product is dishwasher safe (top rack recommended), though hand washing is recommended to maintain the product's appearance.
• Cleaning agents: Do not use bleach, chlorine cleaners, abrasive cleaners, or scrubbers, as they may damage the finish.

Assembly and Usage

Follow these steps to ensure your food jar functions correctly:

• Temperature retention: To keep contents hot or cold longer, preheat or prechill the product by filling it with hot or cold water for 5-10 minutes just prior to use.
• Gasket check: Before each use, ensure the flexible gaskets are undamaged and positioned correctly. Missing, worn, or misaligned gaskets may cause leaks.
• Filling: Do not overfill the container. Leave space for the lid and stopper to avoid overflow.
• Closing: Hand-tighten the lid(s) before use, especially if the unit has a carry handle.

Safety Warnings

Adhere to these safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage:

• Storage limit: Do not store contents for longer than 24 hours. Some foods (e.g., soup, dairy, curry, tomato) may spoil faster, increasing pressure and potentially causing the stopper or lid to eject forcefully.
