This portable industrial spot cooling air conditioner is designed for workshop, warehouse, and office environments. Before using the unit, ensure you have read the manual thoroughly. Key operational requirements include:

• Power Supply: The unit requires a 240V 50Hz power supply. Note that the 1033T model specifically requires a 15A circuit.
• Placement: Always operate on a level, solid surface. Maintain at least 600mm clearance from obstacles in all directions.
• Setup: After transport, leave the unit in an upright position for at least 3 hours before first use.
• Maintenance: Clean the filter screen at least every 2 weeks using a vacuum or lukewarm water.
• Safety: Always turn off and unplug the unit before moving, cleaning, or performing maintenance. Do not tilt the unit.

Product Description

The Tradequip Portable Industrial Spot Cooling Air Conditioner is a self-contained unit housed in an insulated, powder-coated galvanized steel cabinet. It features heavy-duty castors for portability and is designed to provide high-efficiency spot cooling by cycling hot air to an outside source.

Installation

Elbow and Duct Installation:

• Elbow: Align the notches in the detachable elbow base with the machine, insert, and rotate anti-clockwise until it locks into place.
• Cold Vent Duct: Align the notches into the detachable elbow, insert, and rotate left until it locks.
• Hot Exhaust Duct: Insert the hot exhaust duct pipe into the heat vent. Do not force it; ensure it is stable and firm.

Operation

1. Unlock the castor wheels and position the unit on a flat, level surface. Engage the brakes.

2. Inspect the power cord and plug for damage or dust. Clean if necessary.

3. Rotate the control dial to the desired setting (Low or High) to start the fan and compressor.

4. To switch off, rotate the dial to 0.

5. Ensure the filter screen and air outlets remain clear of obstacles during operation.

Maintenance

Filter Screen: Clean regularly using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt. If necessary, wash with a cloth and lukewarm water. Do not use chemicals. Allow to dry completely in a shaded area before reinstalling.

Condensation Tank: The unit features a 5-litre condensation tank. When full, remove, drain, and replace. Do not move the machine while the tank is full.

Storage: Always store in a dry location on a level surface in an upright position. Ensure the condensation tank is empty before storage.

Troubleshooting

If the unit is out of operation, check if the power cable is loose, the fuse is burnt, or if the heat exchange surface is blocked. If water leakage occurs, check if the drain pipe is clogged, the water tank is not positioned correctly, or if the tank is full.

The unit operates with a cooling capacity of 22200BTU/6500W. It uses R32 refrigerant (1220g). The operating temperature range is 18°C to 45°C. The net weight of the unit is 103kg.
