The UGREEN Nexode MagConnect 100W 2-in-1 GaN Desktop Charger is designed to charge multiple devices simultaneously using USB-C, USB-A, and magnetic wireless charging. For optimal performance, ensure your phone supports magnetic wireless charging and use a compatible magnetic case. Keep metal objects away from the charging area to prevent abnormal charging and overheating.
Wireless Charging
The wireless charging function is compatible with iPhones that support magnetic wireless charging and earbuds that support wireless charging. For the best experience, use an official MagSafe case or a UGREEN magnetic phone case. Do not place metal objects (such as phone ring holders or metal plates) or magnetic cards on the wireless charging area.
Power Distribution
The charger intelligently distributes power based on the number of devices connected:

- Single-Port Charging: USB-C1/C2 can output up to 100W.
- Two-Port Charging: Power is split (e.g., 65W/30W) depending on the ports used.
- Three-Port Charging: Power is distributed across three ports (e.g., 45W/30W/22.5W).
- Wireless Charging: Provides up to 15W output.
- Combined Charging: When using wired ports and wireless charging simultaneously, the power output adjusts dynamically to accommodate all devices.
Safety Precautions
- Keep the product at least 20 cm away from pacemakers or implanted defibrillators.
- Do not use unapproved or incompatible power adapters and charging cables, as this may cause fire or explosion.
- Unplug the charger from the power socket if it will not be used for a long time.
- Do not place the product near heat sources or in high-temperature, humid, or strong magnetic environments.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not dismantle or repair the product yourself; contact UGREEN after-sales service for support.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with wireless charging:

- Heat: It is normal for the phone and charger to get slightly warm during wireless charging due to magnetoelectric conversion loss.
- Metal Detection: If a metal foreign object is placed in the charging area, the charger will automatically disconnect. Charging will resume once the object is removed.
- Post-Charge: After the phone is fully charged, disconnect the charger from the power supply to avoid continuous heating.
