This document provides essential instructions for the VEVOR commercial beverage dispenser. It covers the setup, operation of cooling and heating functions, and daily cleaning procedures. Ensure the machine is placed on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and has at least 15cm of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
Installation
- Ensure the power supply matches the machine requirements (220-240V or 110V).
- Use a power cable with a cross-section of 1.5-2.5mm².
- The device must be reliably grounded and connected to a socket with a fuse.
- Maintain at least 15cm of space around the unit for air circulation.
Operation
Cold Beverage Dispensing: Fill the tank with prepared beverage, ensuring the liquid level is at least 70mm from the cover to prevent overflow. Do not fill with liquids exceeding 35°C. When the beverage reaches the target temperature, press your cup against the push board to dispense.
Hot Beverage Dispensing (YRSJ models): Switch the change-over switch to the heating position, press the heating switches, and activate the dasher switch. Ensure the container has at least 6 liters of liquid to prevent damage to the heater.
General Usage: If the machine turns off suddenly, wait at least 5 minutes before restarting to protect the compressor. Always switch to the OFF position before disconnecting the power supply.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the hoppers daily to maintain hygiene. The process takes less than 10 minutes:

- Cut off the power supply.
- Open the cover and remove the hopper after draining residual beverage.
- Gently rock the hopper edge upward to detach it.
- Wash all parts and reassemble, paying close attention to the correct installation of gaskets.
