Safety Precautions

Always place the fryer on a firm, flat, heat-resistant surface with sufficient space around all sides. Never operate the appliance when empty or near combustible surfaces. Do not immerse electrical components or the plug in water. Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces and ensure it does not hang over the edge of a countertop where it could be pulled by children or pets. If the appliance is damaged, do not use it and contact customer support.

Operation

Before first use, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. To operate, fill the oil pot to the 1.5L capacity mark. Close the lid and set the desired temperature using the dial. Allow the unit to pre-heat for 5-10 minutes. The indicator light may cycle on and off during operation, which is normal. Once the food is cooked, turn the dial to '0' and disconnect the power cord. Use the basket handle to lift food out and hook it onto the side to drain excess oil.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged, and completely cooled before cleaning. Never immerse the heating components or the plug in water or a dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended; soak the basket in warm soapy water and use a soft sponge or non-abrasive brush for stubborn stains. Do not use harsh chemicals or metal scouring pads. The oil should be changed every 20 uses. When changing the oil, wipe the oil pot clean with absorbent paper, followed by a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
