This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Exclusive Services provided with the purchase of a Xiaomi 15T or Xiaomi 15T Pro smartphone. These services are available to end-user customers who purchased and activated their device within Greece. Please note that these services are supplementary to your statutory consumer rights.

Overview of Exclusive Services

Eligible users are entitled to the following benefits:

• YouTube Premium: 3 months of free access.
• Spotify Premium: 4 months of free access.
• Google AI Pro: 3 months of free access.
• Screen Repair: One (1) limited warranty for a broken screen, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Labor-Free Repair: One (1) out-of-warranty repair with no labor costs, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Customer Support: Exclusive customer service available for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Redemption Procedures

YouTube Premium

1. Open the YouTube app on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Get YouTube Premium".
4. Sign in if prompted and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption.

Spotify Premium

1. Wait at least one (1) day after device activation.
2. Visit the IMEI redemption page at https://www.mi.com/gr/imei-redemption and log in with your MI ID.
3. Submit the redemption form.
4. Once verified, you will receive a link via email. Click the link to be redirected to the Spotify app to claim the offer.

Google AI Pro

1. Open the Gemini or Google One app on your device.
2. Tap "Try now" on the pop-up window or select "Try Google AI Pro" from the profile menu.
3. Tap "Start trial" and follow the prompts.

Repair and Warranty Services

Screen Repair

This offer covers one-time screen replacement or repair for accidental damage (e.g., unintentional drops) within the first 6 months of purchase. To claim, contact Xiaomi Customer Service or an Authorized Service Center with your IMEI and proof of purchase.

Exclusions: The offer does not apply if the serial number/IMEI is tampered with, the device is counterfeit, damage is caused by intentional acts or gross negligence, damage is purely cosmetic (scratches), or damage results from unauthorized software or repairs.

Labor-Free Repair

This offer covers the labor costs for one out-of-warranty repair within the first 12 months of purchase. Note that the cost of spare parts and logistics remains the responsibility of the user.
