Be aware of the danger of vibrations, which can affect blood flow and joints; take regular breaks.

Operation

Starting

Cold start:

  1. Turn the ignition to ON.
  2. Set the throttle control to idling mixture (right).
  3. Open the petrol cock (right position).
  4. Turn on the choker (left position).
  5. Pull the cable control firmly. If it does not start, accelerate slightly.
  6. Once running, set the idling mixture again and turn off the choker.
  7. Let the engine run for about 3 minutes before starting work.

Warm start: Follow the same steps as a cold start but keep the choker turned off.

Stopping

  1. Return the throttle control to idling mixture.
  2. Switch off the ignition.
  3. Turn off the petrol cock.
  4. Wait for the machine to stop completely before depositing the tube.

Maintenance

Do not perform maintenance while the machine is running. Always shut off the machine, let it cool down, and disconnect the spark plug cap.

  • Before each operation: Check for loose screws/nuts/bolts, check for damage, and check the oil level.
  • After operation: Clean the machine.
  • Every 25 working hours: Clean the spark plug.
  • Every 20-30 working hours: Clean the air filter.

Use only original Zipper spare parts. The installation of non-original parts voids the warranty.
