First Use
Before using the kettle for the first time, perform the following steps to remove any factory scent:
- Fill the kettle with water.
- Boil the water and pour it out.
- Repeat this process four times with fresh water.
- The kettle is ready for consumption on the fifth boil.
Operation
- Fill the kettle with water, ensuring the heating plate is fully immersed. Do not exceed the MAX level or go below the MIN level.
- Place the kettle on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Plug into a 220-240V ~50/60Hz power outlet and press the ON/OFF switch. The indicator lamp will light up.
- The kettle will switch off automatically after boiling.
- Ensure the kettle is switched off before removing it from the base.
- Keep the lid closed during the boiling process to ensure the automatic shut-off functions correctly.
Maintenance and Descaling
Regularly remove limestone sediment to prevent overheating and damage. To descale:
- Use a mixture of citric acid and water.
- Leave the solution in the kettle for 8 hours.
- Rinse the kettle thoroughly several times before the next use.
- Note: Failure to descale regularly may void the product warranty.
Safety Precautions
- Never leave the kettle connected to power without supervision.
- Do not open the lid while water is boiling or immediately after to avoid steam burns.
- Do not wash the base directly in water; wipe it with a dry cloth.
- The device is not intended for use with external timers or remote control systems.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional service center.

Common problems
Kettle switches off automatically before boiling
Check if there is sufficient water in the kettle. If it was switched on empty or with too little water, wait for it to cool down before refilling and restarting.
Kettle does not switch off automatically
Ensure the lid is fully closed during the boiling process. The automatic shut-off mechanism requires the lid to be closed.
Limestone buildup
Regularly descale using a citric acid and water mixture. Leave for 8 hours and rinse thoroughly.
Before use
- Ensure the heating plate is fully immersed in water.
- Check that the power cable is in good condition.
- Place the kettle on a flat, even, and heat-resistant surface.
- Verify the water level is between the MIN and MAX markings.
- Ensure the lid is securely closed.
