Changing the door hinge

The fridge is supplied with a right-hinged door. To reverse it:

  1. Unplug the appliance and empty it.
  2. Remove the top hinge cover and dummy plugs.
  3. Undo the three screws on the upper hinge.
  4. Remove the upper hinge and install it on the left side.

Using the refrigerator

The temperature control dial (labeled 3 in the overview) allows you to set the cooling temperature between 4.5°C (Min) and 15°C (Max). Do not load the fridge until it has cooled down. For energy efficiency, keep the door closed as much as possible and do not place hot food inside.

Cleaning and maintenance

  • General Cleaning: Unplug the appliance. Wash the interior with a mild detergent (e.g., soda solution). Dry thoroughly.
  • Fan Filter: The fan on the rear has a dust filter. Push the two clips together to remove it, rinse under running water, dry, and re-install.
  • Drip Tray: Condensation collects in the drip tray below the fridge. It is permanently attached; absorb excess liquid with an absorbent cloth if necessary.
  • Interior Light: Replacement is reserved for qualified service personnel.

Troubleshooting

  • Appliance not working: Check if the plug is connected, the cable is undamaged, and the fuse is intact.
  • Temperature not low enough: Ensure the door closes tightly, avoid unnecessary opening, check the door seal, and ensure the appliance is clean.
  • Loud/vibrating: Adjust the feet and check if the air filter is clogged.
