This document provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of the Amzchef SJ-047G slow juicer. Before first use, ensure all parts in contact with food are thoroughly cleaned. The device is intended for private household use only.
Assembly and Disassembly
Assembly:

- Place the juicing cup on the power base, aligning the spouts and the axle.
- Push the squeezing auger firmly into the center of the juicing cup until it touches the bottom.
- Place the juicing cup cover on the bowl, aligning the arrow with the lock graphic, and twist clockwise until it clicks into the safety lock.
- Position the juice and pulp containers under the respective spouts.
Disassembly:
- Remove the juice and pulp containers.
- Twist the cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Pull the squeezing auger upward (swing gently if it is stuck).
- Lift the juicing cup vertically to remove it from the base.
Operation
The control knob has three settings: ON (Power on), OFF (Power off), and REV (Reverse mastication to clear clogs). Do not force ingredients into the feed port; use the pusher with moderate pressure.
Ingredient Preparation
- Remove large stones, hard seeds, and thick skins from fruits.
- Cut long-fiber vegetables (e.g., celery, wheatgrass) into small pieces (approx. 3 cm).
- Cut large food items into smaller pieces before feeding.
- Do not process frozen ingredients, ice cubes, meat, or cooked foods.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always turn off and unplug the device before cleaning.
- Rinse all accessories under running water and wash with soapy water.
- Do not use metal brushes or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not put any parts in the dishwasher.
- To clean the seal ring in the center of the squeezing bowl, turn the bowl upside down, push the ring out with your thumb, and clean it. Ensure the silicone pressure valve is replaced correctly after cleaning.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly.
Safety and Troubleshooting
The motor has an automatic overheat protection feature. If the device stops during continuous use, turn it off and let it cool for 30 minutes before restarting. If the device does not work, check the power connection or contact customer support at [email protected].
