Quick Guide to Installation

This document provides instructions for installing the Blaupunkt AM 3000 PRO LED fog light. Before beginning, ensure your vehicle is parked on a level surface, the engine is off, and the parking brake is engaged. The installation process involves disconnecting the old unit, swapping the hardware, and connecting the new LED light. Installation Procedure

1. Preparation: Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Ensure the vehicle is completely turned off.
2. Disconnect: Locate the fog light switch and disconnect it by detaching the harness clip.
3. Removal: Remove the nut, threaded washer, and bolt securing the old fog light housing or bezel. Unplug the connector and remove the old fog light, taking care not to scratch the bumper or body panels.
4. Installation: Insert the new fog light. Firmly connect the male and female connectors. If the old connector is damaged, replace it with the new one provided.
5. Securing: Insert the bolt to fix the housing or bezel. Use the threaded washer and nut to tighten with a ratchet or wrench. Do not over-tighten, as this may damage the housing or bezel.
6. Finalizing: Re-connect the switch using the harness clip. Turn on the ignition and aim the lights to ensure the angle provides a wide-angle view and illuminates the lower extremities of the road surface.
