Key operations include inserting a charged 18V battery, using the On/Off switch to operate the light, and adjusting the lamp head angle for optimal positioning.

Safety instructions

  • Heat Warning: The worklight generates intense heat. Do not cover the lamp head during operation to prevent burns and fire hazards.
  • Eye Safety: Do not look directly into the light beam, even from a distance.
  • Distance: Maintain the minimum distance between the worklight and all illuminated surfaces/objects to prevent overheating.
  • Battery Safety: Remove the battery before any work on the light (assembly, maintenance, transport, storage) to prevent accidental activation.

Maintenance and cleaning

The worklight is maintenance-free. Clean the plastic lens only with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use detergents or solvents. The light source cannot be replaced; if it fails, the entire unit must be replaced.

Troubleshooting

If the worklight switches off automatically, it may be due to the temperature-dependent overload protection. Allow the unit to cool down before switching it on again. If the battery charge indicator shows no lights, the battery is defective and must be replaced.
