Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential safety and usage instructions for the Burley 1-Wheel Stroller Kit. Always keep these instructions for future reference.
Compatibility
The 1-Wheel Stroller Kit is compatible with the following Burley trailers: 2004-Current D’Lite, 2007-Current Encore, 2007-Current Solo, 2007-Current Cub, 2007-Current Honey Bee, and 2008-Current Tail Wagon.
Safety Guidelines
- Never leave children unattended in the stroller.
- Always use the handlebar tether.
- Use shoulder harnesses and lap belts at all times.
- Seat a single child in the center for maximum stability.
- Periodically check shoulder strap placement, especially if the child is sleeping.
- Ensure children cannot put fingers into wheel spokes.
- Always use the safety flag for visibility.
Loading Instructions
Do not overload the stroller. The maximum load limit for children and/or cargo is 75 lbs (34 kg) for single child trailers and 100 lbs (40 kg) for double child trailers. Keep the load centered and forward of the axle. Pack the load as low as possible and ensure items cannot shift.
Age and Height Restrictions
The stroller seat is intended only for children old enough to sit upright and alone. Adequate neck strength is required. Never carry a child whose sitting height is above the roll bar, as this significantly increases the risk of injury in the event of a tip-over.
Surface and Usage Restrictions
Use the stroller only on paths meant for walking. Do not use on steep slopes, stairs, or obstacles. Never use the stroller with inline or roller skates.
Warranty Information
Burley provides a two-year warranty on the frame and plastic parts from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. For service, contact Burley at 800-311-5294 or email [email protected].
