This manual covers the installation and operation of the Carbest CozyWater 12V electric water heater. Always ensure the device is filled with water before switching it on to prevent dry running damage.

Description
The water heater heats fresh water to a temperature between 25°C and 75°C. It features an insulated stainless steel tank for efficient heating.
Installation
Mounting: The boiler can be installed horizontally or vertically. If vertical, connections must point downwards. The mounting surface must support at least 60 kg.

Water Installation: Connect the safety valve to the cold water inlet. Lead the drain hose outside to prevent water damage.
Electrical Connection: Ensure the 12V DC supply is fused (30A) and uses a relay. 230V AC connection (10C model only) requires a protective contact socket.
Operation
CozyWater 8 and 10: Use the rotary thermostat control to set the temperature.

CozyWater 10C: Use the digital control panel to set the temperature, timer, and monitor status.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly clean and descale using standard camping products. Heat to at least 70°C periodically to prevent microorganism growth.
Troubleshooting
If the indicator light does not turn on, check the power supply. For 10C models, error codes E1-E4 indicate specific faults (e.g., E2 for dry running, E4 for overheating).
