Before You Cook

• Clean: Always wash your cookware before the first use.
• Oil: Use a small amount of oil or butter. Avoid aerosol sprays containing soy lecithin, as they can make the nonstick surface sticky over time.

While You Cook

• Heat Settings: Cook at moderate temperatures. Avoid high heat, which can damage the nonstick coating and cause staining.
• Oven Safety: Cookware is oven-safe up to 400°F. Lids are oven-safe up to 350°F. Do not use in a broiler.
• Utensils: Use only plastic, silicone, nylon, or wood utensils. Never use metal utensils, as they will scratch the coating.
• Safety: Silicone handles may get warm during use; use caution when moving pans.

After You Cook

• Cooling: Allow cookware to cool completely before washing. Adding cold water to a hot pan can cause thermal shock and cracking.
