The Elmag AS-M 1250X2.5 MM is a motorised round bending machine designed for light to medium serial rolling tasks. Device Description
The machine is designed for one-man operation. It features adjustable upper and lower rollers and a movable rear roller. The upper roller is detachable from the front, allowing for easy removal of finished workpieces. It is equipped with a bending device for tapered workpieces and wire insert grooves for round and spring steel wire.
Operation and Control
The AS-M model provides stable, automatic forward and reverse feed controlled via foot pedals. The rear roller position is adjusted manually using a handwheel.
