The Elmag AS-M 1250X2.5 MM is a motorised round bending machine designed for light to medium serial rolling tasks. It is intended for use in metalworking shops, plumbing, ventilation, and industrial construction. The machine features a powerful 1100 W geared motor with a brake, a mobile control column with a double foot pedal for forward and reverse feed, and an emergency stop system.
Device Description
The machine is designed for one-man operation. It features adjustable upper and lower rollers and a movable rear roller. The upper roller is detachable from the front, allowing for easy removal of finished workpieces. It is equipped with a bending device for tapered workpieces and wire insert grooves for round and spring steel wire.
Operation and Control
The AS-M model provides stable, automatic forward and reverse feed controlled via foot pedals. The rear roller position is adjusted manually using a handwheel. For high-precision requirements, the machine can be upgraded with a feed drive on the rear roller and a control panel featuring a digital display for position measurement.
Safety
Safety is managed through a mobile control column equipped with an emergency stop button and a dedicated safety line with an emergency stop function.
