The FLEX CSM 57 18-EC is a high-performance cordless metal circular saw engineered for commercial use in industrial and trade environments. It is specifically designed for making precise, straight cuts in metal materials such as steel studs, channels, angle iron, flat bars, steel sheets, and EMT conduits. The tool is not intended for use with wood or stone cutting discs.

Operation

Before switching on the tool, unpack it and check for any missing or damaged parts. Ensure the battery is fully charged before initial operation. To install the blade, use the provided hex key to secure the blade bolt, ensuring the teeth and arrow on the blade point in the same direction as the arrow on the lower guard. The tool features an integrated chip box to collect metal dust; empty it regularly through the transparent window to maintain performance.

Maintenance and Care

WARNING! Always remove the battery pack before performing any work on the power tool. Regularly clean the tool and ventilation slots using dry compressed air. Troubleshooting and Disposal
