If the new lamp base does not fit:

  1. Remove the base of the burned-out lamp by straightening the lamp leads and gently pulling the lamp out.
  2. Thread the leads of the new lamp through the holes in the old base (one lead in each hole).
  3. After insertion, bend each lead up so they touch the contacts inside the lampholder.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure LEDs are pushed firmly into the socket (do not twist).
  • Check for loose connections or male/female connectors not fully inserted.
