This manual provides instructions for the assembly and maintenance of the 60IN Silhouette Christmas Star. The product is intended for residential seasonal use. Assembly may require more than one person. It is recommended to assemble the product while laying flat on the ground or a table.

Assembly Instructions

1. Assembling the Upper Portion to Lower Portion of Star

Place all parts flat on the ground. Insert the connecting rods on the bottom of the Upper Portion (A) into the connecting holes on the top of the Lower Portion (B). Fasten the sections together at the connecting loops using the provided Plastic Ties (E).

2. Assembling the Base Stand and Support Bar

Insert the connecting rods on the bottom of the Lower Portion (B) into the matching holes of the Base Stand (C) and fasten with Plastic Ties (E). Insert each hooked end of the Support Bar (D) into the matching hole of the Upper Portion (A) and the Base Stand (C), then secure with the Cotter Pins (F). Insert the hooked end of the metal bars attached to the Support Bar (D) into the metal nut on the Lower Portion (B).

3. Assembling the Ground Stakes

Place the 4 Ground Stakes (G) over the 4 corners of the Base Stand and push them firmly into the ground to secure the unit.

Care and Cleaning

• Remove the product from its location to avoid strain on connections and wires.
• If placed somewhere other than the ground, ensure it is well-secured, flat, and stable.
• Disassemble the unit carefully, ensuring no electrical wires are cut.
• Wipe the unit with a damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before storing.
• Store in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure the floor or surface is flat and level.
• Verify the item is plugged correctly into a wall outlet or UL Listed Power Cord.
• Check that all parts are assembled according to the manual.
• If the item does not light, check for loose or broken bulbs and connections.
• Do not plug into other electrical items.
• If the item has multiple light string cords, ensure all are plugged in.
• Check for a broken or burned-out fuse in the plug.

Safety and Warranty

Safety: The lighting string is rated at 14.4 Watts (0.12 Amps). Do not overload. Do not connect to other lighting strings or electrical products. Inspect the product carefully before use or re-use. Discard or return if there are cuts, damage, frayed wire insulation, cracks in socket enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.

Warranty: The product is covered by a 90-day limited guarantee for defects in material and workmanship. It is intended for residential seasonal use for 90 days per year. Return the product with a purchase receipt to the location of purchase for a refund within 90 days.
