Safety Instructions

• Do not connect the appliance to an external timer switch or remote control system.
• Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
• Never exceed the maximum operating time of 10 minutes.
• Always switch off and unplug the appliance before detaching accessories or cleaning.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or rinse it under the tap.
• Use only the pusher to feed ingredients; never use fingers or other objects.
• Be very careful when handling the cutter unit, as the edges are very sharp.

Safety System

The appliance is equipped with a non-resettable, current-sensitive glass fuse to prevent overheating. If the appliance stops suddenly:

1. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
2. Let the appliance cool down for 60 minutes.
3. Put the mains plug back in the socket.
4. Press the switch button to turn off the appliance.
5. Press the circuit breaker button at the bottom of the appliance to turn it on.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Important: Do not clean metal parts in the dishwasher, as detergents will cause them to darken or oxidize.
• Remove meat residue from the cutter housing by passing pieces of bread through it.
• Lightly brush the cutter unit and grinding discs with fat or oil to prevent rusting.
