The iBELL IBL WG 2000L is a 2-litre table top wet grinder designed for grinding rice and dhal. This manual provides essential instructions for assembly, operation, and maintenance. Always ensure the appliance is clean and dry before use, and never run the grinder empty for more than a minute.
Assembly and Operation

- Place the Drum Assembly on the Centre Shaft.
- Place the Roller assembly on the centre shaft.
- Secure the Top Nut by tightening it.
- Pour a cup of water into the Drum.
- Press the 'ON' switch to start the grinder.
- After use, switch off the machine, remove the roller, and clean the drum and roller assembly thoroughly.
Using Attachments
- Atta Kneader: Remove roller stones, place the kneader in the drum, add atta (approx. 350g), water, oil, and salt. Switch on the appliance.
- Citrus Juicer: Remove roller stones, place the juicer on the shaft, hold half a citrus fruit against the grooves, and switch on the grinder.
- Coconut Scraper: Remove roller stones, fix the scraper to the top centre pipe, and hold the coconut firmly against the scraper while the grinder is running.
Grinding Capacity and Times
Follow these guidelines for optimal results:
- Rice: Max 1kg (2 Litres) requires 3/4 Litres of water and 20-25 minutes. Min 3/4kg requires 1/2 Litres of water and 15-20 minutes.
- Dhal: Max 200g requires 3/4 Litres of water and 20-25 minutes. Min 100g requires 1/2 Litres of water and 15-20 minutes.
- Wetting Time: All ingredients should be soaked for 4 hours before grinding.
Safety Precautions
- Always keep the wet grinder clean and dry when not in use.
- Disconnect the electric cord from the switch when not in operation.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources.
- Lift the appliance only from the base, not the drum or motor cover.
- Do not attempt to lift the appliance when in operation.
