Important Warranty Information

The IKEA PAX wardrobe and KOMPLEMENT storage accessories come with a 10-year quality guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship for products used in a domestic environment. To utilize the warranty service, you must provide the original purchase receipt.

What is Covered

The guarantee applies to the following parts:

• Wardrobe frames
• Doors and hinges
• Dividers for frames and shelf inserts
• Sliding doors and sliding door guide rails
• KOMPLEMENT storage accessories
• Drawer guide rails
• Shelves and hanger rails

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following items:

• KOMPLEMENT inserts for pull-out trays
• KOMPLEMENT accessory inserts for pull-out trays
• KOMPLEMENT dividers for pull-out trays
• KOMPLEMENT trays (3-pack)
• KOMPLEMENT multi-use hangers
• KOMPLEMENT drawer mats

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, modifications, or use in outdoor or high-humidity environments (such as bathrooms).

Care and Maintenance

To maintain your wardrobe, follow these guidelines:

• Wall Mounting: After assembly, the wardrobe frame must be secured to the wall using appropriate fixings suitable for your wall material.
• Cleaning: Clean surfaces using a cloth dampened with a mild detergent, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

How to Claim

If a defect is found, IKEA will investigate the product. If covered, IKEA will decide whether to repair the product or replace it with an identical or comparable item.
