Product Overview

The Scosche MagicMount Base Pro is a 3-in-1 folding charging stand designed for MagSafe compatible devices. It includes a removable magnetic wireless power bank, an illuminated base with touch-sensitive controls, and a dedicated holder for an Apple Watch magnetic fast charger. The unit features integrated cable routing channels to keep your desk organized.

Getting Started

To set up the stand, unfold the charging arm and connect the included 48W power adapter to the base. Plug the adapter into a wall socket, and the unit will power on automatically. The base features an illuminated ring that can be controlled by touching the stand's neck:

• Turn light on/off: Tap once.
• Adjust brightness: Tap and hold for 5 seconds to cycle between low and high settings.
• Disable light: Tap and hold for 10 seconds.
• Enable light: Tap and hold for 5 seconds.

Note: The light feature is for ambient illumination and does not indicate charging status. Always check your phone's screen for battery status.

Removable Power Bank

The included magnetic wireless power bank can be charged by placing it on the base. It features a charge level button and four LEDs to indicate remaining capacity (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). For optimal performance, ensure the power bank is fully charged before first use.

Device Compatibility and Installation

The stand is designed for iPhone 12 and later models. If using a phone case, it must be a MagSafe-compatible case for the magnetic connection to function correctly. For non-MagSafe devices, use the included MagicRing adapter. Clean the device or case surface with the provided wipe and use the mounting template to ensure precise placement of the ring.

Safety and Foreign Object Detection

The device includes Foreign Object Detection (FOD). If a metal object is detected on the wireless charging surface, the light surrounding the base will pulse slowly. Remove the object to resume normal operation. The device complies with FCC and IC radiation exposure limits for safe use in residential environments.
