This document provides essential instructions for the installation and safe operation of the Scs Sentinel CFI0025 wired chime. The device requires a 230V power connection and must be installed in accordance with local electrical standards.
Installation
- Ensure the power supply is disconnected before starting the installation.
- Open the chime housing using a screwdriver as shown in the installation diagram.
- Connect the two wires from the 230V power source to the chime terminals. Use a surge protector with a fuse or circuit breaker.
- Ensure the wire cross-section is at least 1.5 mm².
- Mount the chime base to the wall using the provided mounting points.
- Secure the cover back onto the base.
