Operation

Stand to the side of the machine while applying hydraulic pressure. Stop compressing before the coils touch or bind. Use a metal or wooden tool to verify if the top strut nut is free; never use your fingers. Always release the compression slowly and ensure the spring is fully controlled by the strut assembly before removal.

Maintenance and Disposal

Perform a visual inspection before every use. If the unit shows signs of damage, remove it from service immediately. If hydraulic performance decreases, check the oil level with the ram fully lowered and refill with high-quality hydraulic jack oil if necessary. When the product reaches the end of its service life, drain all fluids into approved containers and dispose of the unit and fluids at a local recycling center in accordance with environmental regulations.
