Safety Precautions
DANGER: This jack is for lifting only. Never use it to support a load. Always use appropriately rated axle stands before working under a vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is on level ground, the handbrake is engaged, and wheels are chocked. Do not exceed the rated capacity or modify the jack. Only use genuine hydraulic jack oil; never use brake fluid.
Operation
Before first use, release the handle socket tension carefully as it is under pressure. Assemble the handle and purge the hydraulic system by opening the release valve and pumping 20 times. To raise a vehicle, ensure the jack is positioned under the manufacturer-recommended lifting point and close the release valve clockwise. Pump the handle to lift, then secure the vehicle with axle stands. To lower, pump slightly to remove the load from the stands, remove them, and slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for safe operation. Check for cracked welds, leaks, or damaged parts before every use. Lubricate moving parts and caster wheel bearings every three months. To check the oil level, fully lower the jack and ensure the oil is approximately 5mm below the filler opening. Only use qualified personnel for repairs and never adjust the safety overload valve.
Troubleshooting
If the jack fails to lift or feels spongy, it may indicate air in the system, low oil levels, or a faulty release valve. Always ensure the release valve is fully closed during operation. If the jack does not lower correctly, check for lubrication needs or mechanical obstructions. For persistent issues, contact a local service agent.
