This document provides essential information for the installation and operation of the SEBSON 12W LED Mirror Light. Please read all safety instructions carefully before beginning the installation.
Intended use
This mirror luminaire is designed for mounting on cabinets, shelves, or cabinet doors. Due to its IP44 protection rating, it is suitable for use in damp rooms. This product is intended for indoor use only.
Safety information
- Installation: Must be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical regulations.
- Power: Always disconnect the power supply at the circuit breaker or fuse before installation or cleaning.
- Dimming: Do not connect this light to a dimmer, as it may cause damage.
- Light Source: The built-in LED light source cannot be replaced.
- Modifications: Do not modify the product; doing so voids the warranty and may create safety hazards.
- Heat: Do not cover the light with heat-insulating materials.
Installation
Refer to the installation diagram (Fig 1) for visual guidance.
- Ensure the power circuit is interrupted and verify with a voltage tester that the line is de-energized.
- Check the mounting location to ensure no gas, water, or electrical pipes are present before drilling.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 50cm between the illuminated area and the lamp.
- Connect the wires according to the installation notes: L (Live wire: black or brown) and N (Neutral conductor: blue or grey).
Cleaning and maintenance
Use a slightly moistened cloth for cleaning. Never clean the device under running water and do not use solvent-containing cleaning agents. Ensure no water penetrates the housing.

Common problems
Light does not turn on
Ensure the circuit breaker is switched on and the electrical connection is secure. Verify the power supply is active.
Dimmer is not working
This product is not compatible with dimmers. Connecting a dimmer may damage the light.
Before use
- Ensure the power circuit is turned off at the fuse box.
- Check the drilling area for hidden gas, water, or electrical pipes.
- Inspect the product for any external damage before installation.
- Verify that all supplied parts are present.
