Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 earbuds for the first time:
- Wake up the batteries: Place the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, and connect a USB power source. Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Wear: Insert the earbuds into your ears with a slight twist. Try different adapters and ear fins to find the best fit.
- Pair: Touch and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds to start Bluetooth pairing.
- Connect: Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and search for "MOMENTUM TW 3".
Touch Controls
The earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on both the left and right sides:
- 1x Tap: Play/Pause (or Accept/End call).
- 2x Tap: Next track (or Reject call).
- 3x Tap: Previous track.
- Hold: Volume adjustment (Volume - on left, Volume + on right).
- Transparency Mode: Tap 2x to toggle ambient noise control.
- ANC (Adaptive Noise Cancellation): Tap 3x to toggle adaptive noise cancellation.
Phone Calls
Manage your calls directly from the earbuds:
- Accept/End call: Tap 1x on either earbud.
- Reject call: Tap 2x on either earbud.
Charging
You can charge the earbuds using the provided charging case:
- USB Charging: Connect a USB power source to the charging case.
- Wireless Charging: Place the charging case centered on a Qi-compatible wireless charging surface.
App Support
Download the Sennheiser Smart Control app to fine-tune your listening experience, customize control functions, and update the firmware of your earbuds.

Earbuds not pairing
Ensure both earbuds are touched and held simultaneously for 3 seconds to initiate pairing mode.
Earbuds not charging
Ensure the earbuds are correctly placed in the case, the lid is closed, and the USB power source is connected for at least 30 seconds.
