The SJE Rhombus Rapid Set System is a mounting solution for control panels. This document provides essential safety and installation procedures. Always ensure the area is clear of suspended loads during installation to prevent tip-over hazards.
Installation steps
Follow these steps to install the system safely:
- Lifting: Use a spreader bar attached to the lifting eyes. The combined maximum lifting eye capacity is 700 lbs.
- Placement: Position the Rapid Set unit onto the prepared concrete pad.
- Anchoring: Secure the unit to the concrete pad using 4 specified anchor bolts.
- Finishing: Remove the side wood stabilizers only after the unit has been securely anchored to the concrete.
Note: Some models do not include the sunshield.

- Anchor Bolts: Use 0.5 inch diameter wedge anchors.
- Anchor Requirements: Must be ICC approved with a minimum tension capacity of 3000 lbs.
