Quick Guide
The Sunny SF-B020026 is a magnetic mini exercise pedal cycle designed for indoor, seated use only. Do not stand on the unit. For any assistance with parts or troubleshooting, contact support at [email protected] or 1-877-90SUNNY (877-907-8669).
Safety Information
To ensure safe operation, please adhere to the following:
- Usage: Designed for adult, indoor, and seated use only. Not for therapeutic or commercial purposes.
- Environment: Use on a solid, flat, level surface with a protective cover. Maintain at least 2 feet (60 cm) of free space around the unit.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect for damage or wear. Ensure all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before use.
- Health: Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions or take medication affecting heart rate or blood pressure. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Assembly Instructions
The assembly requires the included spanners (No. 48 and No. 49).

Step 1: Stabilizers
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (No. 14) and Front Stabilizer (No. 17) to the Main Frame (No. 1) using the provided Carriage Bolts (No. 21), Washers (No. 22), and High Cap Nuts (No. 27). Tighten securely with Spanner (No. 48).
Step 2: Pedals
Note that pedals are marked L (Left) and R (Right). The Left Nylon Nut (No. 47L) is blue inside, and the Right Nylon Nut (No. 47R) is white inside.
- Align the Left Pedal (No. 7L) with the Left Crank (No. 3L) at 90 degrees. Insert and turn counter-clockwise by hand, then tighten with Spanner (No. 48).
- Secure the Left Nylon Nut (No. 47L) by turning clockwise while holding the pedal bolt with Spanner (No. 48) and turning the nut with Spanner (No. 49).
- Repeat the process for the Right Pedal (No. 7R) and Right Nylon Nut (No. 47R), but turn the pedal clockwise to install and the nut counter-clockwise to secure.
Battery Installation
The meter requires 1 AAA battery.
- Remove the Meter (No. 10) from the Main Frame (No. 1).
- Disconnect the link wire of the Inductor (No. 38).
- Install 1 AAA battery into the case on the back of the meter, observing correct polarity (+/-).
- Reconnect the link wire and reattach the meter to the frame.
Exercise Meter
The meter tracks your workout progress.
- Functions: Scan (rotates through all), Time, Speed, Distance, and Calories.
- Operation: Press the MODE button to select functions. Use the SET button to set values when not in scan mode. Use the RESET button to clear data.
- Auto-Power: The meter turns on automatically when pedals move or a button is pressed. It stops calculating after 4 seconds of inactivity.
Adjustments
Adjust the resistance using the Tension Control Knob (No. 9). Rotate clockwise to increase resistance (up to level 8) and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (down to level 1).
Practical help
Common problems
Discontinue use immediately and check for defective or loose components.
Replace the AAA battery.
Ensure you are matching L/R markings and following the specific tightening directions (counter-clockwise for left, clockwise for right).
