To start using your TC Electronic NETHER OCTAVER, connect your guitar to the INPUT jack and your amplifier to the OUTPUT jack using 1/4 inch instrument cables. Power the unit using a 9V DC power supply (center negative) or an internal 9V battery. Use the footswitch to engage or bypass the effect, and adjust the Octave 1, Octave 2, and Dry knobs to shape your sound.
Controls
- Input/Output jacks: Connect your guitar to the INPUT and your amplifier to the OUTPUT.
- 9 V DC: Connect a 9V power supply (not included).
- Footswitch: Turns the effect on and off. The LED indicates when the pedal is engaged.
- Octave 2: Adjusts the volume of the signal two octaves below the input.
- Octave 1: Adjusts the volume of the signal one octave below the input.
- Dry: Adjusts the volume of the input signal.
Battery Replacement
The pedal supports internal 9V battery operation. Ensure the battery is fresh if the pedal fails to power on when using battery power.
