The Tefal Optimo 19L is a countertop oven designed for domestic use. Before using it for the first time, operate the oven empty (without the grill rack) to burn off any manufacturing residues. Always place the oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 2 cm of space between food and the upper heating element.
