Quick Start Guide for Tefal X-Plorer Serie 120 AI Robot Vacuum

This document provides essential steps for the initial setup and preparation of the Tefal X-Plorer Serie 120 AI robot vacuum. It covers hardware assembly, charging, and basic mop configuration to get your device ready for operation.
Initial Setup and Assembly
- Battery Installation: Connect the battery cable and insert the battery firmly into the designated slot.
- Side Brushes: Attach the two side brushes to the special spindles on the underside of the robot.
- Docking Station: Choose a suitable location for the docking station, ensuring there is 1 meter of space in front and 0.5 meters on each side. Plug the station into a power outlet.
- Powering On: Turn the robot upside down and switch the power button to the ON position. LED lights will blink for approximately 50 seconds.
Charging
- Place the robot on the docking station.
- Wait until the battery symbols stop blinking.
- A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
App Connectivity
To fully utilize the features of your Tefal robot, download the official app using the QR code provided in the manual and follow the on-screen instructions.
Mop Attachment and Usage
- Moisten the mop with water before use.
- Open the water tank on the mop support and fill it with 110ml of water.
- Close the water tank securely.
- Attach the mop to the water tank.
- Clip the mop support into the two holes provided on the robot.
- Turn the robot back over to begin operation.

Robot not charging
Ensure the docking station is properly plugged in and the robot is correctly positioned on the station until battery symbols stop blinking.
Mop not cleaning effectively
Ensure the mop is moistened with water before use and the water tank is filled with exactly 110ml of water.

- Place the docking station with 1m clearance in front and 0.5m on sides.
- Turn the power switch to the ON position.
- Charge the robot for 3 hours.
- Download the Tefal app.
