This outdoor electric pizza oven is designed for domestic use. Before first use, it is essential to preheat the oven for 2 hours at maximum temperature and clean it once cooled. Always ensure the appliance is connected to a socket with an earthing contact and protected by a residual current device (RCD) not exceeding 30 mA.

Installation
Install the oven outdoors on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface covered with non-flammable material (tiles, firebricks, stainless steel, etc.). Do not place the oven under overhangs, eaves, or near dry vegetation. Shelter the product from wind during use to optimize performance.

Assembly
- Remove all packaging materials, including the protective foam disc under the stone's rotation support.
- Place the stone inside the oven with the smooth surface facing up.
- Center the stone on the rotation support.
Baking
Select the desired temperature using the knob on the right. During preheating, the front panel light will blink white. Once the target temperature is reached, the light turns solid red and a beep sounds. Dust your pizza peel with semolina to prevent sticking, slide the pizza into the oven, and activate the stone rotation switch for even cooking.
Care and Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the appliance, allowing it to cool for at least 1 hour before cleaning. Clean the interior thoroughly to prevent fire from residual oil. The pizza stone should be cleaned with a damp cloth and a hard brush; do not clean the stone with water. If water is used, dry the stone in a conventional oven at 60°C for 2 hours or air dry for 48 hours.
Safety Precautions
- Outdoor use only; do not use indoors.
- Do not use aluminum foil, parchment paper, or glass/stainless steel/aluminum dishes inside the oven.
- Do not bake non-dough-based recipes (greasy, liquid, or frozen food) directly on the stone.
- If excessive smoke or flames occur, unplug the product and let it extinguish on its own. Do not use liquid to extinguish flames.
- Keep away from salty environments and swimming pools during storage.
