This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when left unattended, before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning. The blades are extremely sharp; handle with care. Do not use the glass bowl in the oven. Do not immerse the motor body in water.

Using the Hand Blender

The hand blender is suitable for making sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby foods. To use: screw the hand blender foot (4) onto the main unit (1) by turning counter-clockwise until it locks. Place ingredients in a tall container to avoid splashing. Insert the plug into a power outlet and press the on/off (2) or turbo button.

Using the Beater

Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power outlet before connecting the beater body (5) to the handblender body (1). Fit the whisks (6) onto the beater body. Place ingredients in a bowl and press the on/off or turbo button.

Using the Shredding, Slicing & Chopping Attachment

Place the spindle (15) on the metal shaft of the food processor bowl (14). Place the required accessory (chopping blade, shredding disc, or slicing disc) on the spindle. Add ingredients, ensuring you do not exceed maximum amounts. Place the security lid (11) on the bowl, then lock the upper cover (8) securely. Turn the handblender body clockwise until you hear a click. Plug in and operate. After use, unplug and turn the handblender body anti-clockwise while pressing the unlocking button (9).

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth only; do not submerge in liquid. Wash the stainless steel blending attachment in warm soapy water. Handle blades with care as they are sharp. The chopping bowl, upper cover, and other accessories (excluding the motor body) can be washed in a dishwasher.

Processing Guidelines

Chopping: Do not operate for more than 10 seconds. Butter/Honey (450g/600g): 5s; Onions (500g): 3-6s; Parsley (100g): 5-10s; Meat (400g): 10s; Nuts (300g): 5-10s; Fruits (700g): 10s; Biscuit (300g): 5-10s; Carrots (400g): 5-10s.

Shredding/Slicing: Carrots (400g): 5-10s; Radish (400g): 5-10s; Potato (400g): 5-10s; Squash (800g): 5-10s; Cucumber (800g): 5-10s.
