This manual provides installation and operating instructions for the Thlevel USB C Car Charger Socket. The device features both PD (Power Delivery) and QC 3.0 (Quick Charge) ports, designed for 12V/24V vehicle systems including boats, motorcycles, trucks, and RVs.
Installation instructions
- Prepare the mounting hole: Use a hole opener to drill a hole with a diameter of approximately 1.13 inches.
- Mount the socket: Unscrew the fastening nut from the back of the charger. Insert the charger body into the drilled hole.
- Secure the socket: Screw the fastening nut back onto the charger from the rear until it is tight.
- Wiring: Locate the positive (+) and negative (-) markings on the underside of the charger. Connect the positive wire to the positive pole of the battery and the negative wire to the negative pole. Ensure the included 10A fuse is installed in the circuit.
