Pairing

To pair the earbuds with a Bluetooth device:

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they will enter pairing mode automatically.
2. The LED indicator will flash red and blue.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for HMP12E40ENC.
4. Select the device to complete the connection.

Playback controls

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch control area once.
• Next track: Tap the right earbud three times.
• Previous track: Tap the left earbud three times.
• Volume up: Tap the right earbud twice.
• Volume down: Tap the left earbud twice.
• Answer/End call: Tap the touch control area once.
• Reject call: Press and hold the touch control area.

Charging

To charge the earbuds, place them into the charging case. The case itself is charged via the included USB Type-C cable. Ensure the charging environment is between 5°C and 35°C for optimal battery health.

Maintenance and safety

• Clean the earbuds with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
• Avoid exposing the device to water, high temperatures, or direct sunlight.
• Do not listen at high volumes for long periods to prevent hearing damage.
