The Trevi 12E20 wireless sport headphones are designed for mobile use. This guide covers the essential steps for pairing, playback control, and battery maintenance. Ensure the device is charged before first use and keep it away from water, extreme heat, and dust.

Turning on/off the earphones

• Power On: Automatically turns on when removed from the charging case. Can also be turned on manually by holding the touch sensor (5) for 2 seconds.
• Power Off: Automatically turns off when placed back in the case. Can be turned off manually by holding the touch sensor (5) for 5 seconds.

Bluetooth pairing

1. Remove both earphones from the case; they will pair with each other automatically.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for the device named 12E20.
3. Select the device to complete the pairing.
4. If pairing fails, place them back in the case and repeat the process.

Using for music playback

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch sensor (5) once.
• Volume Up: Double tap the right earphone touch sensor.
• Volume Down: Double tap the left earphone touch sensor.
• Next Track: Triple tap the right earphone touch sensor.
• Previous Track: Triple tap the left earphone touch sensor.

Phone call management

• Answer/End call: Tap the touch sensor (5) once.
• Reject incoming call: Hold the touch sensor (5) for 2 seconds.
• Voice Assistant: Hold the touch sensor (5) of the left earphone for 1.5 seconds.

Charging

Use the provided USB Type-C cable to charge the case. The LED indicator (4) will flash during charging and remain solid when fully charged. Ensure the earphones are correctly seated in the charging pins.

Maintenance and safety

• Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
• Avoid high volume levels to prevent hearing damage.
• Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 5°C and below 35°C.
• If the device is not used for a long period, charge the battery periodically to maintain its lifespan.
