The Trust Primo 10W Wireless Charger is a compact charging pad designed to provide convenient, cable-free power to compatible mobile devices. It supports both 5W standard charging and 10W fast charging, depending on the power adapter used.

Important Usage Notes
Do not place any foreign objects between your device and the charging pad. Specifically, avoid placing metal objects, credit cards, keys, or magnetic storage media (like flash memory) on the surface, as these can interfere with the charging process or become damaged. Common problems
Device is not charging
Ensure the device is placed centrally on the pad. Check that the power adapter is properly connected and meets the required specifications.
Slow charging speed
Ensure you are using a Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 or higher adapter for 10W output. A standard 5V/2A adapter will limit the output to 5W.
Before use
- Verify the power adapter is compatible (5V/2A for 5W, QC 2.0+ for 10W).
- Ensure the charging surface is clear of metal objects, cards, or keys.
- Place the charger on a flat, stable surface away from heat sources.
