Practical help

Common problems

Device not charging

Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power pack and the power source/device. Try using a different cable or AC adapter.

LED indicators not lighting up

Check if the power pack has sufficient charge. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take a moment for the LED to indicate charging status.

Slow charging speed

If multiple devices are connected simultaneously, the total output is limited to 15W, which may reduce charging speed for individual devices.

Before use

  • Inspect the power pack for any physical damage or swelling.
  • Ensure you have a compatible USB-A or Type-C cable.
  • Verify the power source (AC adapter or computer port) is functional.
  • Check that the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 40°C.

Specs in practice

PD 3.0 (Power Delivery)
A fast-charging standard that allows for higher power output via the Type-C port.
QC 3.0 (Quick Charge)
A fast-charging standard for the USB-A port, compatible with many smartphones.
