Safety Warnings

Operation
1. Select the appropriate feeding hole on the front panel based on the diameter of the wire you are stripping.
2. Ensure the center of the blade is collinear with the center of the roller during the stripping process.
3. Adjust the distance between the blade and the rolling shaft using the M12 plastic handle screw. The goal is to cut the wire insulation without damaging the copper core.
Troubleshooting
If the machine fails to strip the wire effectively, check the following:
- Wire diameter: The wire may be too small for the selected hole.
- Alignment: The center of the blade may not be aligned with the center of the rolling shaft. Remove the side shields and use a wrench to adjust the screw on the center adjustment block.
- Blade sharpness: If the blade is dull, follow the instructions to replace it.

Common problems
Machine fails to strip the wire

Adjust the M12 plastic handle screw to increase the distance between the blade and the rolling shaft.
