Operation instructions

Troubleshooting
If the machine fails to strip the wire effectively, check the following:
- Wire diameter: Ensure the wire is not too small for the selected hole.
- Alignment: Verify that the center of the blade is aligned with the center of the rolling shaft. If not, remove the side shields and use a wrench to adjust the screw on the center adjustment block.
- Blade sharpness: If the blade is dull, it must be replaced according to the maintenance procedures.
