Operation instructions

- Select the appropriate feeding hole on the front panel based on the diameter of the wire being stripped.
- Ensure the center of the blade is collinear with the center of the roller.
- Adjust the distance between the blade and the rolling shaft using the M12 plastic handle screw. The goal is to cut the wire insulation without damaging the internal copper core.
Troubleshooting
If the machine fails to strip the wire effectively, check the following:

- Wire diameter: Ensure the wire is not too small for the selected hole.
- Alignment: Verify that the center of the blade is aligned with the center of the rolling shaft. If not, remove the side shields and use a wrench to adjust the screw on the center adjustment block.
- Blade sharpness: If the blade is dull, it must be replaced according to the maintenance procedures.
